▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing chlorinated polyethylene material by supercritical foaming comprises (1) adding chlorinated polyethylene material in the reaction vessel, and closing the kettle cover after adding water and foaming nucleating agent, (2) heating to 50-80° C, (3) introducing supercritical carbon dioxide into the reaction vessel so that the chlorinated polyethylene material reaches saturation adsorption supercritical carbon dioxide, and (4) removing out the chlorinated polyethylene material, and processing for 1-5 minutes in the environment of 100-150° C. USE - The method is useful for preparing chlorinated polyethylene material by supercritical foaming. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and environmentally friendly; has high efficiency and low costs; improves the elasticity of the foamed material. The foamed material has density of 0.2-0.3 g/cm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for foamed material prepared by above mentioned method.
