▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing filter bag based on high temperature resistant material comprises (i) preparing spinning solution containing lithium chloride, dimethylacetamide, poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide) and graphene oxide according to the weight ratio, (ii) injecting the spinning solution into the electrostatic spinning machine for spinning to obtain poly(m-phenylene isophthalamide)/graphene oxide composite nanofiber film, (iii) compounding the PMIA/GO composite nanofiber film and a needled felt base material composite to obtain film filter material, and (iv) cutting and sewing the film-coated filter material into a bag shape. USE - The method is useful for producing filter bag based on high temperature resistant material. ADVANTAGE - The filter bag production ensures the bag filter can also remove dust in a high-temperature environment.
