NOVELTY - A sheet material delaminating apparatus has an inlet portion (10,AA) through which a plate-shaped material is supplied, a high-pressure pump (11) provided at a front end of the inlet portion and for generating a pressure for pressurizing the plate-shaped material, a microchannel (12,BB) provided at a rear end of the inlet portion, where microchannel is peeled off while the plate-shaped material passes through a pressure generated by the high-pressure pump, and an outlet portion (13,CC) provided at rear end (12-2) of the microchannel. USE - Sheet material delaminating apparatus is used for manufacturing graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to electrical/electronic material, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food industry, textile industry, paints and cosmetics industry. ADVANTAGE - The sheet material delaminating apparatus has increased flow velocity and shear force. The graphene can be manufactured using the sheet material delaminating apparatus by efficient process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sheet material delaminating apparatus has an inlet portion through which the plate-shaped material is supplied, a high-pressure pump provided at a front end of the inlet portion and generating a pressure for pressurizing the plate-shaped material, a microchannel provided at a rear end of the inlet portion, where microchannel is peeled off while the plate-shaped material passes through a pressure generated by the high-pressure pump, and an outlet portion provided at rear end of the microchannel. The microchannel is a microchannel having a smaller cross-sectional area from a front end on an inlet side to a rear end on an outlet side. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene, which involves using the sheet material delaminating apparatus, feeding a solution containing graphite to the inlet, applying a pressure to the inlet with the high-pressure pump to pass the solution containing the graphite through the microchannel, and recovering the graphene dispersion with the outlet.
