▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material is prepared using 71-72 pts. wt. iron phosphate dihydrate, 28-29 pts. wt. lithium carbonate, 2-5 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfonated graphene, and 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. dispersant povidone. USE - Lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material is used as anode material for lithium ion battery (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material. Deionized water is added to a reactor, and anhydrous ethanol is added based on the amount of deionized water. Iron phosphate dihydrate, lithium carbonate, polyvinyl alcohol, sulfonated graphene and dispersant povidone are added to the reactor, and the raw materials are stirred to obtain slurry. The stirred slurry is then ground using sand mill for 1-5 hours, and pulverized slurry is dried by spray drying to obtain lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite precursor. The obtained precursor is sintered in a tube furnace at 600-700 degrees C for 10-20 hours under the protection of nitrogen and hydrogen gas mixture. After sintering, the product in the tube furnace is cooled to room temperature, to obtain lithium iron phosphate/graphene composite material.
