NOVELTY - High stability rubber composition comprises 100-110 pts. wt. rubber component, 8-12 pts. wt. filler, and 1-3 pts. wt. multifunctional coupling agent, where filler include calcium carbonate, shell powder, clay, graphene, and/or carbon nanotubes. USE - Used as high stability rubber composition. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition: has tensile strength of greater than or equal to 35 MPa, elongation at break of greater than or equal to 990%, constant extension stress of greater than or equal to 9 MPa at 300%, tear strength of greater than or equal to 70 kN/m, wear volume of Akron less than or equal to 0.2 cm3/1.61 km, after being immersed in oil at 100 degrees C for 72 hours, the tensile strength reduction rate was less than or equal to 8%, and the vulcanized film weight increase rate was less than or equal to 5%, high stability, high elasticity, aging resistance of heat-resistant oil, high tear strength, good tearing effect, stable product size; and maintains good physical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high stability rubber composition, comprising mixing filler and water, adding multi-functional coupling agent, ultrasonically processing for 20-40 minutes, reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, adding epoxidized natural latex, ultrasonically processing at 70-80 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, adding natural latex, reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, coagulating using acetic acid, tableting, washing and drying.
