NOVELTY - Anti-mold modified nitrile rubber sheath material comprises mixed material, compound agent and filler, where the mixed material includes nitrile rubber, epoxy resin, and polyurethane, the compound agent includes curing agent, vulcanization accelerator, anti-mold agent, waterproofing agent, anti-aging agent and anti-cracking agent, and the filler includes graphene, silica powder, glass fiber, chlorinated paraffin, the composition of mixed material includes 30-60 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 30-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-35 pts. wt. Polyurethane the composition of compound agent includes 7-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-25 pts. wt. vulcanization accelerator, 10-25 pts. wt. antifungal agent, 10-25 pts. wt. waterproofing agent, 5-8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 5-8 pts. wt. anti-cracking agent, and the composition of filler includes 10-13 pts. wt. graphene, 15-18 pts. wt. silica powder, 15-18 pts. wt. glass fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. chlorinated paraffin. USE - Used as anti-mold modified nitrile rubber sheath material. ADVANTAGE - The method achieves the effect of increasing the mildew resistance, water resistance, aging resistance and anti-cracking degree of the sheath. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing Anti-mold modified nitrile rubber sheath material comprising (S1) cutting off a certain amount of nitrile rubber, (S2) stirring a quantitative amount of nitrile rubber, polyurethane and a quantitative amount of epoxy resin, (S3) pouring quantitative graphene, silica powder, glass fiber and chlorinated paraffin into the mixture and continue stirring, (S4) heating the mixture, (S5) letting the mixture cool down, (S6) adding curing agent, vulcanization accelerator, anti-mold agent, waterproofing agent, anti-aging agent and anti-cracking agent to the cooled mixture, (S7) stirring the mixed rubber material, (S8) adding the rubber compound into the extruder, (S9) cooling and shaping the extruded rubber mixture through coolant, (S10) adding the cooled rubber mixture into a vulcanizer for vulcanization, and (S11) taking out the rubber mixture to obtain a nitrile rubber sheath.
