▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of high nitrogen-doped graphene and ultrathin diselanylidenemolybdenum nanosheet composite material comprises dissolving ethylene glycol molybdenum source in water, mixing with selenium source and low nitrogen-doped graphene, and solvothermally reacting with ethylenediamine active agent. USE - Method for preparation of high nitrogen-doped graphene and ultrathin diselanylidenemolybdenum nanosheet composite material used for battery electrode or catalysis (all claimed), preferably photocatalytic and chemical catalysis, solar cells, and supercapacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high electric conductivity, excellent catalytic property, and thickness of 5-10 nm, length of 50-100 nm, height of 50 - 80 nm, nitrogen-doped graphene thickness of 1.8-2.5 nm, and nitrogen content of more than 10 wt.%.
