NOVELTY - Modified cold spray zinc coating comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises 10-20 wt.% graphene and nano silicon dioxide modified polyurethane, 75-85 wt.% phosphoric acid modified zinc powder, 0.2-0.5 wt.% fumed silica, 1-2 wt.% aqueous corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-1 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.3 wt.% antifoaming agent, 3-5 wt.% water and 0.2-0.5 wt.% thickening agent. The component B comprises 1-3 wt.% curing agent. USE - The zinc coating is useful in steel structure anti-corrosion coating technology field, where the steel structure bridges are in the area of multi-generation and strong earthquake, which are on urban road of the road. ADVANTAGE - The zinc coating has strong anti-corrosion performance, salt mist resistant more than 3000 hours, excellent adhesive force, pulling method test adhesive force is more than 6 MPa, the dry film zinc content is more than 93%, pencil hardness is 7H, cathodic protection and self-sealing barrier type protection double protection mode, and the antifoaming ability is long-acting. The coating has excellent mechanical property, excellent water resistance, temperature resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, spraying on the steel material can prolong the service life of the material.
