NOVELTY - High temperature resistant concrete comprises 200-250 pts. wt. cement, 150-180 pts. wt. fly ash, 80-100 pts. wt. mineral powder, 800-1000 pts. wt. volcanic rock, 400-450 pts. wt. slag, 300-400 pts. wt. coal oil, 300-600 pts. wt. micro-silicon powder, 15-20 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 300-400 pts. wt. steel slag powder, 100-200 pts. wt. titanium silicon carbide powder, 100-200 pts. wt. chromium iron slag, 4-8 pts. wt. fiber and 170-200 pts. wt. water. USE - High temperature resistant concrete for use in a building i.e. house, to prevent flame from occurring. Uses include but are not limited to cement, fly ash, mineral powder, slag, coal oil, steel slag powder, titanium silicon carbide powder, chromium iron slag and water. ADVANTAGE - The high temperature resistant concrete has high compression strength normal temperature, high bending strength, and stable high temperature resistance, high temperature heat treatment, small intensity change amplitude is small, not easy to crack, suitable for the scene with severe temperature change, and has compactness. The method improves the agglomeration problem when mixing, and improves the mechanical property of the concrete. The micro-silicon powder can keep the temperature and humidity balance of concrete in a certain degree when receiving the high temperature, can ease the mutation when the water is subjected to high temperature, can improve the strength and the high-temperature resistance of concrete, improves the strength of concrete.
