NOVELTY - Composition comprises 70-99 wt.% of polyurethane and 1-30 wt.% of components including polyurethane ammonium polyphosphate, melamine, melaminecyanurate, polysiloxane, graphene, carbon nanotube, kaolin and montmorillonite, and the polyurethane has random copolymer of polycarbonate unit, polyether unit and isocyanate unit. USE - The composition is useful as flame retardant. ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent flame retardancy, low fogging and outgassing performances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composition comprises 70-99 wt.% of polyurethane and 1-30 wt.% of components including polyurethane ammonium polyphosphate, melamine, melaminecyanurate, polysiloxane, graphene, carbon nanotube, kaolin and montmorillonite, and the polyurethane has random copolymer of polycarbonate unit of formula ((-O-C(=O)-O-CH(R)(M)-)m), polyether unit of formula ((-O-CH(R1)(M1)-)n) and isocyanate unit of formula (-C(=O)-NH-R2-NH-C(=O)-). R, R1 = 1-18C hydrocarbyl; M, M1 = flame retardants group; R2 = toluene compound of formula (I), hexanoic acid methyl ester compound of formula (II) or biphenyl compound of formula (III); m = 10-100; and n = 10-50.
