NOVELTY - A printing ink-containing porous starch comprises 1-10 pts. wt. porous starch, 18-26 pts. wt. isopropanol, 2-4 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol, 2-3 pts. wt. octyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 8-12 pts. wt. silicone-modified epoxy resin, 4-6 pts. wt. acetyl-tributyl citrate, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. linseed oil, 10-14 pts. wt. organic pigment, 9-13 pts. wt. acetone, 9-13 pts. wt. ethyl acetate and 2-3 pts. wt. additives. USE - Printing ink-containing porous starch (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The printing ink-containing porous starch has excellent adsorption characteristics, stable printing performance and effective utilization rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of printing ink-containing porous starch, which involves (1) mixing 1-10 pts. wt. porous starch with 18-26 pts. wt. isopropanol, constantly stirring, (2) mixing 8-12 pts. wt. silicone-modified epoxy resin with 9-13 pts. wt. acetone, (3) reacting the resulting mixture with 2-4 pts. wt. 1,6-hexanediol, 2-3 pts. wt. octyltrimethylammonium chloride, 4-6 pts. wt. acetyl-tributyl citrate, 2-3 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. linseed oil, 10-14 pts. wt. organic pigment and 9-13 pts. wt. ethyl acetate, stirring for 40-50 minutes to obtain the mixture, (4) mixing the obtained mixture in a ball mill for 1-3 hours, (5) preparing additive by heating 5-8 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax to molten state, successively adding 2-5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 5-8 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax, 20-25 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. trimethylbenzylammonium chloride, 1-2 pts. wt. rare earth naphthenic acid to oxidized polyethylene wax, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm until stable emulsion is obtained, and (6) adding 2-3 pts. wt. additive to ball mill, continuously ball milling for 20-30 minutes to obtain printing ink-containing porous starch with diameter of 8-20 mu m.
