NOVELTY - Preparing nano composite graphene material involves carrying out electrochemical deposition of graphene in a chamber three-electrode system in an aqueous solution of 0.5-0.7 mg/ml graphene oxide. The deposition voltage is minus 1.8V, The chemically reduced graphene oxide is modified on the indium tin oxide conductive glass. The electrochemical deposition is carried out using a chamber three-electrode system in acetonitrile solution containing 0.1-0.3 moll-1 tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate.
