▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The transistor-type biosensor has a sensing unit for measuring an electrical signal of an analysis solution containing a target substance. A control electrode unit (100) is electrically connected to the sensing unit and measures the electrical signal from the analysis solution. A graphene channel region (170) is provided with fluorine atoms that are bonded with each other. The control electrode part comprises an ionic bond, a semi-ionic bond, or a benzene structure in which the fluorine atom is bonded to a carbon atom constituting graphene and a p bond between the graphene carbon atoms. The difference between the first displacement and the second displacement are compared to measure the concentration of the target material. USE - Transistor-type biosensor for measuring concentration of target material. ADVANTAGE - The transistor-type biosensor has a sensing unit for measuring an electrical signal of an analysis solution containing a target substance, and a control electrode unit that is electrically connected to the sensing unit, and hence reduces the test time and cost, and enhances the measurement accuracy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for measuring transistor-type biosensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of the control electrode unit. 100Control electrode unit 130Source region 150Drain region 170Graphene channel region
