▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lithium-ion battery comprises (i) preparing graphene-coated lithium titanate composite material, (ii) preparing anode pole pieces using materials including high-voltage lithium cobaltate, (iii) preparing the cathode pole piece using the graphene-coated lithium titanate composite material, (iv) cutting the prepared anode pole piece and cathode pole piece with a die-cutting machine, the battery preparation is completed by lamination, liquid injection, and chemical formation, and (v) testing the battery after preparation and verifying including rate discharge, discharge capacity in an ultra-low temperature environment, rate cycle performance, and acupuncture performance. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method has good comprehensive performance, realizes the balance of long service life, high safety, extremely low-temperature discharge and power performance of the battery.
