NOVELTY - Photo-oxygen barrier cup comprises a cup body with an upper opening and a cover sealed at the opening of the cup body, where the cup body sequentially includes a barrier base layer, a degradable filling layer, a second barrier layer and an antibacterial coating from the outside to the inside. The barrier base layer includes 60-100 pts. wt. polypropylene substrate, 2-6 pts. wt. pigment, 6-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 5-10 pts. wt. blocking agent. USE - Photo-oxygen barrier cup used for food packaging of fresh milk product, vitamin, protein and fat nutrient substance the product is decomposed. ADVANTAGE - The photo-oxygen barrier cup reduces the use amount of the plastic, and improves the light oxygen barrier effect, which is good for prolonging the quality of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a photo-oxygen barrier cup, which involves: a. injecting the barrier base layer into the mold, carrying out pressure maintaining and cooling and forming; b. bonding the degradable filling layer and the second barrier layer after the barrier base layer is formed; and c. spraying an antibacterial coating evenly on the inner surface of the second barrier layer, and standing for cooling to obtain a product.
