NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material involves adding copper sulfate pentahydrate, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and graphene dispersion to water, stirring thoroughly to mix evenly to obtain composite electrodeposition solution, pouring the composite electrodeposition solution into electroplating bath, placing two phosphorous copper plates as anode and titanium plate as cathode in the plating tank, connecting to direct current power supply, depositing having current density of 0.5-1.5 A.dm-2, preferably greater than or equal to 0.5 A.dm-2 for 5-10 hours, taking out the titanium plate, vacuum-drying, removing the composite film plated on the titanium plate, cutting the composite film material into desired shape, using two composite films deposited under different current densities to alternately stack, stacking to the required thickness, placing in hydraulic press for preloading, and sintering the pre-pressed material. USE - Preparation of composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts composite electrodeposition method to ensure structural integrity and excellent dispersion of graphene in the matrix, and has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties by introducing layered structure of the composite material.
