NOVELTY - Graphene-modified fire-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-fouling nano-coating comprises 20-36 wt.% silicate resin, 10-16 wt.% purified water, 0.4-0.7 wt.% magnesium aluminum silicate, 0.2-0.4 wt.% wetting agent, 0.25-0.5 wt.% eco-friendly dispersant, 0 .18-0.4 wt.% multifunctional additive, 0.5-1.2 wt.% nanoscale graphene, 0.45-0.8 wt.% deodorant preservative, 10-14.5 wt.% rutile titanium dioxide, 12-22 wt.% nano flame retardant, 5.5-8 wt.% nanoscale antifouling agent, 5.4-25 wt.% deodorant water-based acrylic resin, 2.5-4 wt.% nanoscale hydrophobic agent, 0.4-0.6 wt.% aqueous-based defoamer, and 0.8-0.9 wt.% eco-friendly thickener. USE - Graphene-modified fire-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-fouling nano-coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified fire-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-fouling nano-coating has good fireproof effect, good anticorrosion effect, good antifouling effect, good compactness, good chemical resistance and water resistance, environmental protection, strong cohesive force, and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified fire-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-fouling nano-coating, which involves: (a) putting silicate resin, purified water, magnesium aluminum silicate, wetting agent, eco-friendly dispersant and multifunctional additives into the mixing tank in order, stirring uniformly materials, putting into the mixing tank; (b) putting the rutile titanium dioxide, aluminum hydroxide flame retardant and magnesium hydroxide flame retardant into the mixing tank in order, stirring continuously uniformly the materials in the mixing tank; (c) grinding the stirred material to the fineness requirement through a sand mill after stirring uniformly, controlling the temperature below 50℃ during grinding, adding nano-scale graphene, deodorizing preservative, nano-scale antifouling agent, aquoeus-based defoamer 902, deodorizing aqueous acrylic resin, nano-scale hydrophobic agent and aqueous-based defoaming agent 810 to the ground material in order; (d) stirring continuously the material for 25-35 minutes, where the stirring speed is controlled at 730-770 revolutions per minute (e) adding an eco-friendly thickener to the stirred material, and adjusting the viscosity so that the viscosity of the paint meets the qualified requirement.
