NOVELTY - The system comprising a solar heat collector (1) that is connected with a heat accumulation unit (2). An inside of the heat accumulation unit is provided with an electromagnetic energy cavity for outputting heat generated by the solar heat collector. The electromagnetic energy cavity comprises four closed titanium alloy plates that periodically generates resonance frequency for evaporating a low temperature phase change medium in the heat accumulation unit into steam. A side of a condenser (6) is connected with a radiating tower (7) for accelerating heat dissipation. The condenser is connected with a graphene macroporous ceramic evaporator through a pipeline. The pipeline is arranged between the condenser and the graphene macroporous ceramic evaporator that is provided with a feeding circulating pump (8). USE - Energy storage generating system for use in solar thermal power generation. Can also be used in photovoltaic power generation, photo-chemical power generation photo-induction power generation and photo-bioelectricity generation. ADVANTAGE - The utilization efficiency of the solar energy is improved for reducing power generating problem. The system provides a solar thermoelectric energy storage power generation system so as to solve background technology in the solar power generation device by using process. The low temperature phase change medium is heated to steam through the graphene macroporous ceramic evaporator after being pressurized by the steam booster, and the turbine is driven to rotate, so that the generator works to generate electric quantity after the steam is cooled, and ensures condensing and cooling to low temperature by the condenser and the radiating tower for providing power by the feeding circulating pump, and carries solar thermal power generation to flow, thus circulating and making generator continuously generate electric quantity.
