NOVELTY - The dispersion solution formation method involves functioning the oxide graphene with the acyl chloride functionality oxide graphene. The dispersion solution dispersing the acyl chloride functionality oxide graphene is formed using the polyvinyl pyrrolidone. The acyl chloride functionality oxide graphene is added in the organic solvent using the ultrasonic wave. The steric repulsive force is induced between the layer and forming the dispersion solution of the acyl chloride functionality oxide graphene. The polyvinyl pyrrolidone is coated with the surface of the acyl chloride functionality oxide graphene with the hydrogen bond between the hydroxy radical of the acyl chloride functionality oxide graphene. The polyvinyl pyrrolidone it is stirred with the polyvinyl pyrrolidone added in the organic solvent. USE - Dispersion solution formation method for the acyl chloride functionality oxidation graphene.
