NOVELTY - Aqueous cutting composition, comprises 33-51 pts. wt. vegetable oil, 6-17 pts. wt. emulsifier, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 13-21 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 9-16 pts. wt. lubricant, 4-8 pts. wt. conditioner, 32-45 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane tricaprylate, 11-18 pts. wt. surfactant, and water (remaining amount). USE - Used as aqueous cutting composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition has synergistic effect, increases tool life, improves chip shape, reduces cutting temperature, Improves the surface quality of the workpiece, with excellent lubricity, corrosion inhibition, and hard water adaptability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of cutting composition, comprising, (i) adding graphene powder into the vegetable oil, performing magnetic stirring for 30-50 minutes at a stirring speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-30 minutes at a vibration frequency 30-50kHz, and power of 100-150 W, and (ii) adding water and corrosion inhibitor into the reactor, fully stirring at 40-45degrees Celsius for 0.5-1 hour, until the solution is stable, uniform and transparent as a whole, adding vegetable oil-based graphene fluid, emulsifier, lubricant, regulator, Trimethylolpropane tricaprylate and surfactant and fully stirring at 40-45degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours to obtain metal cutting fluid.
