NOVELTY - Deionized water is added to graphene oxide to obtain a solution with a concentration of 6-10 mg/mL, and ultrasonically treated at 70-90 KHz for 3-5 minutes to obtain a graphene oxide aqueous dispersion. The aqueous dispersion is heated to 75-90 degrees C and stirred at 150-200 rpm. Mercapto acid is added, continuously stirred, and reacted for 2-3 hours. After reaction completion, the product is filtered, washed and dried at 40-45 degrees C for 4-6 hours, to obtain stably-dispersible graphene. The mass ratio of mercapto acid and graphene oxide is (4-8):(1). USE - Mercapto acid reduction preparation of stably-dispersible graphene for electronic elements, transistors, touch screens, light guide plates, and solar cells.
