NOVELTY - Emulsion comprises graphene oxide, a first fluid, and a second fluid. USE - The emulsion is useful in a drug delivery system. The composition is useful in forming an electrode, a catalyst and a transparent conducting film (all claimed), which is useful in a touch panel, an electrode in a dye sensitized solar cell, a display and a light emitting device electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a drug delivery system including the emulsion; (2) a method of separating the first liquid from the second liquid in a solution using the graphene oxide, comprising adding graphene oxide to the solution, forming the emulsion comprising the graphene oxide, the first liquid and the second liquid, and separating the first liquid from the second liquid; (3) a composition comprising the graphene oxide, the solvent, and the insoluble solid; (4) a transparent conducting film comprising the composition.
