▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hydrogel system comprises block copolymer modified graphene and/or graphene oxide, drug molecule and cyclodextrin hydrogel. USE - The hydrogel system is useful for sustained-release of drug. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel system processes characteristics of supramolecular hydrogel, and has graphene nano structure; and good sustained-release effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the hydrogel system, comprising (i) adding the block copolymer into aqueous solution of graphene and/or graphene oxide, stirring and reacting for 12-48 hours at 20-30 degrees C to obtain an aqueous solution of block copolymer modified graphene and/or graphene oxide; (ii) adding the drug molecule into the aqueous solution obtained in the step (i), stirring under shade for 12-48 hours and loading the drug molecule on to the graphene and/or graphene oxide; and (iii) adding aqueous cyclodextrin solution into the solution prepared in the step (ii), stirring for 15-45 minutes and stewing for 8-12 hours.
