NOVELTY - High temperature-resistant brake pad friction material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. modified phenolic resin, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. nano iron powder, 8-10 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, 8-10 pts. wt. nano-aluminum nitride, 8-10 pts. wt. modified chopped glass fiber, 8-10 pts. wt. modified chopped jute fiber, 8-10 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 5-8 pts. wt. phospholipid and 3-5 pts. wt. curing agent, where preparation method of high temperature-resistant brake pad friction material comprises (i) weighing each raw material based on composition of raw materials, and (ii) stirring and mixing modified phenolic resin, graphene oxide, nano iron powder, dimethyl silicone oil, nano aluminum nitride, modified chopped glass fiber, modified chopped jute fiber, multi-walled carbon nanotube, phospholipid and curing agent, injection molding, and compression molding. USE - Used as high temperature-resistant brake pad friction material. ADVANTAGE - The friction material has excellent thermal stability, friction performance and mechanical properties.
