NOVELTY - Aging-resistant cable material comprises 32-44 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene rubber, 2-9 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. nano barium titanate, 2-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-6 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 12-24 pts. wt. epichlorohydrin rubber, 11-24 pts. wt. cresyl diphenyl phosphate, 9-21 pts. wt. modified filler, 9-15 pts. wt. glycerol trioleate, 12-17 pts. wt. aluminum nitride powder, 2-13 pts. wt. modified magnesium hydroxide and 5-11 pts. wt. diisodecyl phthalate. USE - Used as cable material. ADVANTAGE - The cable material: has high strength and aging resistance properties; and can meets requirement of various occasions; and the preparation process is simple and easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aging-resistant cable material, comprising (i) adding graphite, nano barium titanate, crosslinking agent, anti-aging agent, epichlorohydrin rubber, cresyl diphenyl phosphate, modified filler, glycerol trioleate, aluminum nitride powder, modified magnesium hydroxide, diisodecyl phthalate into high-speed mixer, then mixing uniformly at stirring speed of 8000-10000 revolutions/minute to obtain mixed material, and (ii) transferring obtained mixed material into twin screw plastic smelting machine, then plasticizing uniformly, (iii) placing uniformly plasticized material into water cooling tieback, then cutting, and (iv) transferring cut grain particles into drier, then drying to obtain final product.
