NOVELTY - Weather-resistant powder coating used for metal surface treatment, comprises 65-80 pts. wt. modified resin, 7-12 pts. wt. oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. triglycidyl isocyanurate, 1-7 pts. wt. binder, 3-7 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 1-3 pts. wt. silica powder, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. stabilizer, and 1-7 pts. wt. filler, where the modified resin is obtained by mixing epoxy resin, acrylic resin and carboxyl-terminated polyester resin in a mass ratio of (1-3):(1-5):(1-3), and modifying with graphene. USE - The weather-resistant powder coating is useful for metal surface treatment ADVANTAGE - The powder coating has excellent stability and heat resistance, and ensures the mechanical properties of the powder coating, and is convenient for storage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the powder coating, involving (a) uniformly mixing the oxide and binder to obtain a mixture (A), evenly mixing the modified resin, triglycidyl isocyanurate, barium sulfate, silicon micropowder, stabilizer and filler, stirring at 95-150℃ for 1-3 hours, adding leveling agent, and continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain mixture (B), and (c) melt-extruding the mixture (B), performing multi-stage vibrating sieve, adding the mixture (A) at the speed of 800-1500 rpm, continuously stirring for 20-40 minutes, reducing the stirring speed to 200-500rpm, crushing, and sieving to obtain the powder coating.
