NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength and light-weight graphene/silica fiber composite material involves mixing tetraethyl silicate with 3 aminopropyltriethoxysilane and adjust the pH value to obtain first solution, adding first solution to the graphene oxide mixed solution of ethanol and water to obtain graphene oxide/silica composite particles. The graphene oxide/silica composite material is taken and put it in a quartz vessel, and then place it in a muffle furnace filled with inert gas protection. The temperature is controlled at 400-2000 degrees C, and the sintering time is 0.5-5 hours to obtain graphene oxide/silica fiber composite material. The polymer material is added to the extruder, after the polymer material is completely plasticized. The graphene/SiO2 fiber composite material is added to obtain the graphene/SiO2 synergistically enhanced composite material product. USE - Method for preparing high-strength and light-weight graphene/silica fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The obtained material has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, wear resistance and weather resistance, and can be used in the automotive and cable fields.
