NOVELTY - Aqueous crane protective primer comprises 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous alkyd resin, 2-5 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy ester resin, 0.6-1.5 pts. wt. aqueous drier, 0.01-0.5 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. pigment, 5-10 pts. wt. composite zinc phosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 1-2 pts. wt. environmentally-friendly solvent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. neutralizing agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.4-0.6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. substrate wetting agent, 40-45 pts. wt. deionized water and 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. thickening agent. USE - Used as aqueous crane protective primer. ADVANTAGE - The primer has excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous crane protective primer comprising (a) uniformly mixing aqueous alkyd resin, aqueous epoxy ester resin, aqueous drier, environmentally-friendly solvent, neutralizing agent and graphene, adding deionized water, antifoaming agent and 50% antifoaming agent and uniformly mixing, (b) adding the pigment, composite zinc phosphate and barium sulfate and uniformly mixing, (c) grinding the slurry obtained in the step (b) until the fineness is less than or equal to 25 mu m and transferring into a paint mixing kettle and (d) adding the remaining 50% de- antifoaming agent, leveling agent and substrate wetting agent, uniformly mixing, adding thickening agent, uniformly mixing and adjusting the viscosity.
