USE - Method for preparing modified graphene-containing tungsten carbide self-lubricating antifriction coating powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method keeps laminated single layer carbon structure characteristic of graphene, improves proportion of graphene, and avoids loss of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of modified graphene-containing tungsten carbide self-lubricating antifriction coating powder comprises weighing modified graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material, obtaining graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material mixed solution, and distributing absolute ethyl alcohol; weighing tungsten carbide/cobalt spraying powder in mixed solution of graphene nano tungsten carbide composite material, and stirring at normal temperature to obtain mixed solution of modified graphene/nano tungsten carbide composite material and tungsten carbide/cobalt; vacuum freezing mixed solution of modified graphene tungsten carbide/cobalt tungsten carbide composite material, and drying to obtain tungsten carbide/cobalt powder compounded with modified graphene; and preparing compound modified graphene component surface by thermal spraying process, cleaning, and abrasive blasting of tungsten carbide/cobalt self-lubricating anti-friction coating.
