NOVELTY - Preparing portable low voltage carbon nano electric heating fabric, involves immersing an electric heating cloth in a conductive dispersion liquid, rolling and drying. The conductive dispersion liquid comprises 88-96 pts. wt. graphene slurry and carbon nano-tube slurry, 2-10 pts. wt. water-based resin, 1 pts. wt. ionic liquid dispersant and auxiliary dispersant, and 1 pts. wt. dyeing auxiliary agent. The conductive liquid has viscosity of 100-1000 mPa.second. USE - The method is useful in electric heating clothes, electric heating waist belt, electric heating insole or electric heating blanket (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fabric is light weight, convenient to carry, washable, safe, and environmentally friendly; has far infrared radiation therapy function; and quickly heats up, and uniformly distributes surface temperature.
