NOVELTY - The sequencer has a sequencer main body arranged with a nanometer operation system (101), a nanometer hole sequencing system (102), a data collecting and analyzing system (103) and a central control system (104). A nano manipulation system is arranged with a micro-displacement platform, a probe, a probe holder and a power supply. A nano sequencing system is arranged with a graphene nanometer hole chip and a graphene nanometer hole chip reaction cell.
