NOVELTY - Wire-cut molybdenum wire with high tensile strength comprises 0.1-0.2 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.04-0.1 wt.% aluminum, 0.05-0.14 wt.% aluminum oxide, 0.01-0.03 wt.% silicon, and molybdenum and unavoidable impurities (remaining amount). USE - The wire-cut molybdenum wire with high tensile strength is used for wire-cutting machine. ADVANTAGE - The raw materials of the method are easy to obtain, and the production cost is reduced to a certain extent, no lanthanum-series metals are used in the raw materials, which reduces the utilization of scarce resources, the molybdenum wire prepared by the production method of the wire-cut molybdenum wire with high tensile strength of 662 Mpa after testing, compared with the current lanthanum oxide-doped molybdenum wire, the strength has been improved, which can further meet the current high-strength requirements and avoid frequent wire breakage.
