NOVELTY - Preparation of high dielectric constant titanium dioxide/graphene composite material involves obtaining anatase titanium dioxide powder, mixing graphene, water and ethanol in the mass ratio of 1:2000:790, stirring to disperse evenly, adding mixture containing graphene and titanium dioxide in the mass ratio of 1:10, ultrasonically processing, stirring to disperse evenly, placing resultant mixture in a reaction kettle, reacting at 120-150 degrees C for 5-10 hours, centrifuging, washing reaction product using with water and ethanol and drying at 60 degrees C. USE - Preparation of high dielectric constant titanium dioxide/graphene composite material used in manufacture of large-capacity capacitor with small volume and flexible electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides high dielectric constant titanium dioxide/graphene composite material having controllable appearance and high dielectric constant, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high dielectric constant titanium dioxide/graphene composite material involves mixing tetrabutyl titanate, ethanol and glycerol in the volume ratio of 1:15:5, stirring for 10 minutes, obtaining mixed liquid, mixing the mixed liquid in a reaction kettle, reacting at 150-180 degrees C for 12-24 hours, centrifuging, washing the reaction product using water and ethanol, drying at 60 degrees C, obtaining titanium glyceride precursor, placing obtained precursor in a muffle furnace, calcining at 450 degrees C for 2-4 hours, obtaining anatase titanium dioxide powder, mixing graphene, water and ethanol in the mass ratio of 1:2000:790, stirring to disperse evenly, adding mixture containing graphene and titanium dioxide in the mass ratio of 1:10, ultrasonically processing, stirring to disperse evenly, placing resultant mixture in a reaction kettle, reacting at 120-150 degrees C for 5-10 hours, centrifuging, washing reaction product using with water and ethanol and drying at 60 degrees C.
