▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon material/benzoxazine resin-based composite, involves ultrasonically stirring a carbon material for 1 hour, dispersing in m-cresol to obtain a phenol source, reacting the phenol source with a primary amine and paraformaldehyde to obtain a benzoxazine monomer of in-situ dispersed carbon material, and thermally curing. USE - Preparation of carbon material/benzoxazine resin-based composite for preparing conductive/heat-conducting material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite with uniformly and stably dispersed with carbon material. The carbon material is formed into a complete and uniform inorganic network in the composite, which improves the conductivity and heat conductivity of the composite. The raw materials used are easy to obtain. The method is simple and environmentally-friendly, does not use any solvent, and can be carried out industrially easily.
