▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermal oxidation-resistant coating comprises 45-55 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic-modified unsaturated polyester resin, 40-43 pts. wt. amino resin, 30-33 pts. wt. graphene oxide solution, 27-29 pts. wt. filler, 24-26 pts. wt. modified titanium dioxide pearl powder, 20-22 pts. wt. non-heavy metal anti-rust pigment, 5-17 pts. wt. mussel adhesion protein, 10-15 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 50-53 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The thermal oxidation-resistant coating is useful for door and window (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating: has strong coating adhesive force, plump paint film, strong corrosion resistance, good construction effect and decoration; does not sag and no splashing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermal oxidation-resistant coating, comprising (i) providing aqueous acrylic modified unsaturated polyester resin, amino resin and deionized water, mixing, stirring at 200-300 revolutions/minute with heating to obtain the slurry, where the heating temperature is 60-85 degrees C and heating time is 1-2 hours, and (ii) providing remaining raw material, orderly adding into the step (i) slurry, stirring at 300-400 revolutions/minute, and dispersing uniformly to obtain thermal oxidation-resistant coating.
