▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing perfluoropolymer-based composite nanofiltration membrane comprises (i) mixing water-soluble polymer as carrier and perfluoropolymer dispersion emulsion uniformly to obtain first component spinning solution, and dissolving the co-spinning polymer in solvent to obtain second component spinning solution; (ii) respectively injecting the two component spinning liquid into the electrostatic spinning propulsion device, setting the spinning parameter, taking the rotating cylinder or conductive filament as receiver, spinning the first component spinning solution for a period of time, spinning two component spinning solution for period of time to obtain the primary flat film or hollow fiber film, and adding the primary film into a muffle furnace for sintering heat treatment to obtain the perfluoropolymer-based nano fiber film. USE - The method is useful for preparing perfluoropolymer-based composite nanofiltration membrane used for industrial water treatment, drinking water purification, medical wastewater, garbage leachate treatment and seawater desalination and long-term organic solvent high temperature and other harsh environments. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a film surface reaction activity site by using co-spinning polyimide constructing a base film and separating interlayer stable cross-linked structure, obviously improves the base film and the separation layer interface bonding strength, prolongs the service life of the film and is easy to control, simple and easy to amplify, and greatly enlarges the application range of the nano-filtration membrane.
