NOVELTY - Multi-stage suspension printing comprises preparing bio-ink, forming by crosslinked cell-carrying gel microspheres, mixing crosslinked cell-carrying gel microspheres with uncrosslinked gel materials, using cell-carrying gel microspheres as dispersed phase and gel material as continuous phase, printing bio-ink in suspension medium to construct specific tissue-organ structure, performing secondary or multi-level substructure printing on specific tissue-organ structure, printing and dissolving suspension medium after overall crosslinking to obtain tissue-organ model with complex vascular channel and/or heterogeneous cell structure. USE - The multi-stage suspension printing is used for constructing complex heterogeneous tissues-organs (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gel microsphere ink has both shear thinning and self-healing properties.
