NOVELTY - Preparing epoxy resin composite heat conducting sheet involves mixing fluorinated graphene, epoxides resin, curing and agent organic solvent, mixing to prepare a mixed dispersion, vacuum defoaming the mixture, placing in a magnetic field. The orientation treatment is performed in a horizontal direction, the organic solvent and crosslinking is removed and the epoxide resin is cured, chopped along the thickness direction and reversing for 90° to prepare an epoxidized epoxido-based heat-conducting sheet, where the dispersion is prepared by mixing the mixture with a mixture liquid, the mixture liquid is placed in the magnetic field and placed in the horizontal direction to perform orientation treatment. USE - Method for preparing epoxy resin composite heat conducting sheet.
