▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Machining comprises a different type of tool inserts like plain tool, triangle micro texture tool and triangle texture tool with solid lubricant using tungsten carbide chemical vapor deposition coated insert. The triangle micro texture tool with solid lubricant reduces the output parameters. USE - The machining is useful as titanium alloy with micro-groove textured cutting tool (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The machining: utilizes fabrication of micro texture on the rake face using femtosecond laser, where experiments are conducted using L27 orthogonal layout with 3-level speed, feed, and type of tool insert; utilizes Taguchi optimization ANOVA analysis which has been carried out to find the highest contributing factor; results have been investigated and are found that speed and micro texture play an important role in increasing or decreasing the response parameter; utilizes triangle micro texture tool with solid lubricant which reduces the output parameters; utilizes macroscale image chips which have been analyzed that mostly long and snarled ribbon type of chips are formed; is economical, simple in construction, user friendly, easy to use and operate, and energy efficient; and contributes to technical enhancement in the domain of science technology and engineering and makes humans life better.
