▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced thermally conductive polymer composite materials comprises (1) stripping graphite in liquid phase to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid, (2) mixing the first modifier with the graphene dispersion liquid to make the first modifier adhere to the surface of graphene to obtain a modified graphene dispersion liquid, where the first the mass ratio of modifier to graphene is 1: 1-10, (3) separating modified graphene from the modified graphene dispersion liquid and (4) combining the 1-40 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-55 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 30-75 pts. wt. polymer matrix and 10-7 pts. wt. 20 optional processing aids melt blended and then subjecting to optional granulation treatment. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-reinforced thermally conductive polymer composite materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene reinforced heat conducting polymer composite material; and (2) heat conducting product.
