NOVELTY - Biocompatible electrode active material comprises linear titanium oxyphosphate derivative (I) as electrode active material which is accompanied by electrochemical reaction in electrolyte contains sodium (Na) or potassium (K); electrolyte salt which is MClO4, MBF4, MPF6, MTFSI, MFSI and MSO4, where M is Na or K; and solvent which is dissolving electrolyte salt. USE - Biocompatible electrode active material used in supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent biocompatibility due to low toxicity to living body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Biocompatible electrode active material comprises linear titanium oxyphosphate derivative of formula (I) as electrode active material which is accompanied by electrochemical reaction in electrolyte contains sodium (Na) or potassium (K); electrolyte salt which is MClO4, MBF4, MPF6, MTFSI, MFSI and MSO4, where M is Na or K; and solvent which is dissolving electrolyte salt. A=Na, or K. . INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing biocompatible electrode active material, which involves synthesizing Na4TiPO4 synthesizing; mixing Na4TiPO4 with potassium nitrate, or sodium nitrate and boiling at 80-120 degrees C, and stirring resultant during heating to 250-350 degrees C; neutralized until pH 6.5-7.5 using distilled water, filtering, and drying to linear titanium oxyphosphate derivative of formula (I) for obtaining electrode active material; and (2) a supercapacitor, which have biocompatible electrode active material, which further comprises positive electrode, and negative electrode are arranged to spaced apart from each other, and separator set between positive electrode, and negative electrode to prevent short circuit between positive electrode and negative electrode, where positive electrode, and negative electrode, which are immersed in electrolyte of supercapacitor, and includes electrode active material, conductive material, binder, and at least one of electrode active materials of positive, and negative electrodes, which is made of linear titanium oxyphosphate derivative of formula (I) as electrode active material, which is accompanied by electrochemical reaction in electrolyte; and solvent which is dissolving electrolyte salt.
