NOVELTY - Lubricating anti-friction coating comprises 25-55 pts. wt. film-forming resin, 5-30 pts. wt. modified molybdenum disulfide/graphene, 1-15 pts. wt. curing agent and 0.5-25 pts. wt. additive, where the preparation of the modification of the molybenzene sulfide or graphene involves (a) adding ethanol solution to molybit and silane coupling agent, adjusting the pH value to acidic, 60-70℃ oil bath, stirring, filtering, washing, and drying, (b) adding the modification product into N,N-dimethylformamide graphene, ultrasonically performing ultrasonic treatment, treating in 105-120℃to 120-140℃ aqueous bath, filtering and washing the nano particles, and (c) drying. USE - The coating is useful for aluminum alloy, automobile ship, aerospace, electric system, building engineering and national planning and livelihood. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves the aluminum alloy material with high surface coefficient of friction, bad wear resistance, difficult to lubricate, and has good property of construction. The coating has excellent lubricating abrasion resistance, thermal conductivity, good adhesion with the aluminium alloy, easy construction, and wide industrial application prospect. The stability of the coating system is not damaged, the operability of coating, and lubricating anti-attrition performance of coating.
