NOVELTY - A nano-metal-graphene adhesive, comprises 2-6 pts. wt. nano metal powder, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 20-35 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin, 1-3 pts. wt. vinyl trimethoxysilane, 15-25 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 22-30 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber. USE - Nano-metal-graphene adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The nano metal graphene adhesive has excellent bonding strength, the tensile strength reaches 3540 MPa, the shear strength reaches 2733 MPa and the peel strength reaches 4550 kN/m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of nano-metal-graphene adhesive, which involves mixing nano-metal powder and graphene uniformly to obtain a nano-metal-graphene mixture, combining nano-metal-graphene mixture, adding bisphenol A type epoxy resin to vinyl trimethoxysilane, stirring and heating at 50-60 degrees C for a holding time of 0.5-1 hours to obtain a sol system, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and styrene-butadiene rubber to the sol system, stirring and heating at 60-70 degrees C, holding for 1-2 hours, and cooling to room temperature.
