▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Prestressed railway sleeper comprises ultra-high strength nano-concrete having highest tensile strength, higher compressive strength, and higher bonding capacity between intermolecular arrangements changed by graphene and nano-silica. The sleeper also has higher bending strength along with higher load carrying capacity, lesser transfer length for transfer of pre-stressing force, higher shear strength, young's modulus and ductility, higher wear and impact resistance, higher shock resistance and higher corrosion resistance, as compared with conventional concrete slab, and has higher wear, impact, and shock resistance. USE - The sleeper is useful in a railway track system that is utilized for transferring and distributing a rail load to ballast and secure displacement of gauge, and maintaining gauge-width. ADVANTAGE - The high performance pre-stressed nano-concrete sleeper: has excellent compressive strength, bending strength, shear strength, tensile strength and tensile modulus of elasticity; that attains higher wear and impact resistance, higher shock resistance and higher corrosion resistance; improved chemical reaction between cementitious materials; and is capable of maintaining track quality to a specified service level and ensuring a safe track operation.
