NOVELTY - Polypropylene film comprises 65-90 pts. wt. polypropylene, 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-12 pts. wt. nano plant fiber, 1-4 pts. wt. antibacterial agents, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. stannous chloride, 12-21 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 5-11 pts. wt. acrylic acid, 2-5 pts. wt. methylcellulose, 15-30 pts. wt. nanotube dispersion. USE - Polypropylene film used in the field of packaging (Drawing). ADVANTAGE - Prepared polypropylene film to have higher stretching degree, improving the mechanical stability of the polypropylene film, lead the polypropylene film to have antibacterial function by adding the antibacterial agent and greatly expand the application range of the polypropylene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of the polypropylene film, which involves: i. mixing polypropylene, nano-plant fiber, stannous chloride, triethanolamine, acrylic acid, and methyl cellulose of the corresponding parts uniformly, and then mixing with solubilizer, antibacterial agent and nano-dispersion uniformly again to obtain mixture A; ii. kneading and extruding mixture A, and the extruded material is pelletized to obtain pellet B; iii. making the pellets B into a film body by a casting method; and iv. uniaxially stretching the film body to obtain a polypropylene film.
