NOVELTY - Electronic component three-dimensional (3D) printing device based on selective electro-deposition comprises a support, x-axis moving device, y-axis moving device, nozzle device, z-axis moving device, supporting plate, printing deposition chamber, electrolyte circulation device, and distilled water circulation device. The x-axis moving device, the y-axis moving device, and the z-axis moving device are mounted on the mounting support. The nozzle device is installed on the x-axis moving device and the y-axis moving device, which can move in the x-y direction. The supporting plate is installed on the z-axis moving device. The printing deposition chamber is placed above the supporting plate and can be moved in the z direction, and the electrolyte circulation device and the distilled water circulation device are placed at the bottom of the support. USE - Used as electronic component 3D printing device based on selective electro-deposition. ADVANTAGE - The device: greatly simplifies the forming process; has low process cost; realizes forming of the metal structure with better conductivity conveniently; and improves the performance of the electronic component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for using method of the electronic component 3D printing device based on selective electro-deposition.
