NOVELTY - High-hardness, anti-sagging polyurethane water-based functional coating comprises 100-150 pts. wt. APAO modified polyurethane aqueous resin, 20-40 pts. wt. organosilicon-modified aqueous polyurethane resin, 5-10 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent, 6-10 pts. wt. nano glass microbeads, 4-8 pts. wt. white graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.3-0.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.3-1 pts. wt. thickener, and 15-40 pts. wt. deionized water. The silicon-modified aqueous polyurethane resin comprises diisocyanate, polyol, ethylenediamine, oligomer polyol, dimethylolpropionic acid, organosilicon, neutralizing agent, and deionized water. USE - Used as high-hardness, anti-sagging polyurethane water-based functional coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent water resistance and adhesion; and meets market and user requirements.
