NOVELTY - Preparing graphene fibers using casting involves mixing expanded graphite, distilled water and surfactant in mixed mass ratio of 1-3:100:0.01-1 to obtain the mixed solution. Mixed solution is treated by liquid agitating mill to obtain oxidized graphite colloid solution. Obtained solution is placed into casting device and then dried by the dryer to form the oxidized graphene strip. Obtained oxidized graphene strip is placed into pressure roller to obtain an oxide graphene strip with a thickness of 16-100 mu m and width of 0.1-0.5mm. USE - Method for preparing graphene fibers using casting (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene fibers using casting has simple operation, uniform appearance, good internal structure, excellent mechanical performance, removes impurities and is suitable for large industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene fibers using casting involves mixing expanded graphite, distilled water and surfactant in mixed mass ratio of 1-3:100:0.01-1 to obtain the mixed solution. Mixed solution is treated by liquid agitating mill to obtain oxidized graphite colloid solution. Obtained solution is placed into casting device and then dried by the dryer to form the oxidized graphene strip. Obtained oxidized graphene strip is placed into pressure roller to obtain an oxide graphene strip with a thickness of 16-100 mu m and width of 0.1-0.5mm. Obtained oxidized graphene strip is dried and subjected into jetting air device through a nozzle, where beam passes through the hole at the tail end of the nozzle to the corresponding twist point position. Graphene fiber strip is transformed into the graphene fiber, then placed into winding forming device to produce the graphene fiber bundle with twist.
