▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conducting nonwoven fabric comprises 1-5 wt.% graphene conducting slurry with a concentration of 5%, 70-90 wt.% flame retardant polyester short fiber, 10-30 wt.% chopped carbon fiber, 0.1-0.2 wt.% dispersant and 2-3 wt.% conducting agent. USE - Conducting nonwoven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The conducting nonwoven fabric has enlarged application range of the heating material, improved practicability of the product, reduced damage rate of the heating material, reduced failure rate and improved air permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for conducting nonwoven fabric preparation, which involves: (A) mixing dispersant, chopped carbon fiber and de-ionized water with stirring; (B) subjecting the chopped carbon fiber to SXT30 industrial dispersing, dehydration processing and automatic washing; (C) reacting with graphene conducting slurry, 95 wt.% de-ionized water, 2 wt.% conducting agent at 120-130 degrees C for 50 minutes; (D) drying to a water content of 20 wt.% to obtain a composite material and reserving for future use; (E) mixing 10-30 wt.% composite material and 90-70 wt.% flame retardant polyester short fiber to obtain the mixed fiber; (F) feeding into the first carding machine to obtain fiber net; (G) subjecting to lapping-overlapping process and then performing carding and forming process; and (H) performing hot-press rolling processing and then finally winding into a roll to obtain the final product.
