▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing anisotropic thermally conductive polypropylene/graphene composite film comprises (a) using a xylene solution to dissolve graphene and 2-(2H-benzothiazol-2-yl)-4,6-dipentylphenol separately and mixing to obtain a mixed solution-A, (b) dissolving polypropylene particles in the mixed solution-A, heating to obtain the mixed solution-B, drying the mixed solution-B, and adding into an internal mixer for banburying to obtain a banburying product, and (c) hot pressing the banbury product. USE - The method is useful for preparing anisotropic thermally conductive polypropylene/graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film is anisotropic, and the heat in the plane direction can be radiated in time, has relatively high lateral thermal conductivity and low longitudinal thermal conductivity, which can protect it from nearby heat sources. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for anisotropic thermally conductive polypropylene/graphene composite film prepared by the above method, where the transverse thermal conductivity of the anisotropic thermally conductive polypropylene/graphene composite film is 4-11 W/Mk, the longitudinal thermal conductivity is 0.1-1 W/Mk, and the transverse thermal conductivity is more than the longitudinal thermal conductivity.
